In this episode, we discuss visual search and strategies for finding lost items (or people).  We also discuss findings from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcisquared.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hcisquared.com\/\">Rebecca Penn<\/a>&#8216;s (current PhD student in our lab) master&#8217;s thesis on search and rescue behavior. In partnership with (and through the generous donations of) Las Cruces based <em>Electronic Caregiver<\/em>, we are building a VR lab here on NMSU campus. The focus of the work will be broad, but will include best practices in search and rescue, rehabilitative falls research, medical simulations, and much more.
